first day

Today was the first day of school. It went really well, but I am definitely exhausted. My body was not ready to be on my feet and working for so long. I am normally tired after the first day of school, but today was ridiculous. We had a doctors appointment this afternoon so unfortunately I did not get the afternoon nap that I needed. Everything went really well at the appointment though. Blood pressure was good, weight gain on track, and Madelyn was measuring right where she should be. The doctor checked her heartbeat and it sounded great! They did mention another ultrasound possibly later in the pregnancy to check her size closer to delivery because I am so small. Understandable, and I will happily comply if necessary. We have a 3D ultrasound this week and I am so excited :) I can't wait to see her again...it has been 11 weeks! Plus with all the pink stuff floating around here it would be nice to confirm that she really is a girl, haha.
