I have been reading a lot of my friends blogs lately and I find it very interesting. For about a year I have been saying I am going to start one and I really just never got around to it. But here I am, sitting in class trying to keep busy and I find myself finally creating this blog. It will be a good way to keep up with what's going on in our lives (really for my benefit, haha).
If you don't already know, Andy and I are expecting our first child on November 6th, we are 21 weeks along already! We are very excited, but also very busy. Even though it is summer we have a lot going on. I am staying in Cincinnati with my mom so I can finally finish up the last class I need for my masters degree. I have been here for 2 weeks now and Andy finally joined me on Saturday. We have been going nonstop since he got here. It is always difficult to see everyone and do everything when we are in town and gets a bit stressful. I look forward to getting back to Charlotte and finishing up our little girl's room before the school year starts....
Tonight we are going to the Reds game so that should be fun. We don't have a major league baseball team in Charlotte so it's always fun to see the Reds while we are in town. I was a bit worried about sitting in the heat (it has been awful lately) but it is actually a beautiful day today. Sunny and a high somewhere around 75 :)
